Anti-static Solutions

Our customers` problems generally fall into four areas:

Productivity:
Static electricity causes productivity and production problems. This is the most common reason why static eliminators are needed.
The reduction of production speeds and efficiency cannot be tolerated in the competitive international economy.

Quality:
Electrostatic attraction of dust and other contaminants is a huge problem in quality sensitive industries. It causes high reject rates and less efficient production.

Safety:
This is a fast-growing area. Static shocks to operators are not usually dangerous, but are certainly unpleasant and can cause secondary reactions. A real danger exists in industries using combustible materials, where a static discharge can cause a fire or explosion.

Damage to Electronics:
Static discharges cause failure of electronic components on a large scale. This is not limited to the electronics industry - it also occurs where sensors, checkweighers, printers and similar controls are close to statically charged materials.
