The 4200 consists of a 1250 Static Eliminator Bar with one or more air nozzles. The air from the nozzles transports the ionisation produced by the 1250 Bar at high speed for long range static neutralisation and cleaning.

The 4200 Ionised Air Nozzles System is used to clean and neutralise mouldings, plastic sheets, conveyors and a wide range of three-dimensional products. The ionisation from the 4200 kills the static charge holding the dust, allowing the fast air to remove it for a thorough cleaning.
