Benefits and Advantages

These brushres have a large number of highly conductive stainless steel fibres with a diameter of 12µ.

The fine tips of these fibres concentrate the electric field of the static charge and ionise the surrounding air.

The ionised air allows ions of the opposite polarity to move rapidly towards the static charge and neutralise it.

The brush tips should be at a distance of about 1mm, or gently touching, the material to be neutralised.

The self-adhesive body should be mounted on a clean, conductive and earthed surface.

The versatility of Fraser Anti-Static Tape brushes allows them to be formed into non-linear shapes, as required.

Tape brushes are used on a wide variety of paper and plastic processing and handling equipment.
