New Ionstorm long range static eliminator

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Ltd has redeveloped its long range static elimination system IONSTORM making it even more powerful with more static neutralisation, unique performance and control. It will be shown at the PPMA show in September for the first time
The IONSTORM 3700 Controller and 3850 Bar are aimed at the process and packaging industries where long-range performance is required. Typical applications are on film winders and unwinders, large and small mouldings, screen printing, thermoforming, labelling, medical and pharmaceutical processes, including cleanrooms.
Neutralising the static electricity improves productivity and eliminates dust attraction and shocks to operators.

The IONSTORM 3700 Controller allows the customer to regulate the range of static neutralisation from a distance of 250mm to over 1m from the object. The polarity and strength of the ionised emission can also be adjusted. The settings can be locked to prevent unauthorised tampering. Other standard features are remote operation via a DIN connector and a local and remote alarm. The 3700 Controller can be powered by mains electricity or by 24V DC.
